耳穴贴压减少2型糖尿病用药剂量临床观察

Clinical Observations on Reduction of Antidiabetic Dosage by Auricular Point Plaster Therapy in Type 2 Diabetes Patients

目的观察临床配合耳穴贴压疗法能否有效减少2型糖尿病的用药剂量,旨在验证耳穴贴压治疗糖尿病在社区内推广的可行性。方法选择门诊同时服用格列齐特缓释片(60mg/d)和二甲双胍(1g/d)药物的2型糖尿病患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组将格列齐特缓释片的剂量减半(30mg/d),配合耳穴贴压,测两组患者空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖与治疗前进行比较分析。结果配合耳穴贴压治疗后,治疗组患者空腹、餐后2h血糖与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论配合耳穴贴压治疗糖尿病可减少用药剂量,又能减轻患者的经济负担。

Objective To investigate if clinical addition of auricular point plaster therapy can effectively reduce antidiabetic dosage in type 2 diabetes patients and to validate the feasibility of communal popularization of auricular point plaster therapy for diabetes. Methods Seventy type 2 diabetes outpatients taking Gliclazide sustained release tablets （60 mg/d） and Metformin （1 g/d） simultaneously were enrolled and randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The dosage of Gliclazide sustained release tablets was halved （30 mg/d） in combination with auricular point plaster therapy in the treatment group. Fasting and 2 hour postprandial blood glucoses of the two groups were measured. A pre-/post-treatment comparison was made. Results After the addition of auricular point plaster therapy,there were no statistically significant differences in fasting and 2 hour postprandial blood glucoses between treatment and control groups （P0.05）. Conclusion Adding auricular point plaster therapy for diabetes can reduce both antidiabetic dosage and economic burden on the patients.
