针刺募穴预防中风后患者便秘临床观察

Clinical Observations on Acupuncture at Front-Mu Points for Preventing Constipation in Post-stroke Patients

目的观察针刺募穴预防中风后便秘的临床疗效。方法将90例中风患者随机分为电针预防组(简称电针组)、普针预防组(简称普针组)和空白对照组(简称对照组),每组30例。三组患者均予基础治疗,同时普针组针刺天枢穴和关元穴,电针组在普针组基础上配合使用电针。每次30min,每日1次,对照组不予其他干预。1个疗程(10d)后观察三组患者便秘的发生率,对三组的临床预防疗效进行评价。结果电针组便秘的发生率(16.7%)低于普针组(46.7%),普针组低于对照组(76.7%),三组间对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺募穴可以有效预防中风后患者便秘的发生,并且配合电针的效果优于单纯针刺。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Front-Mu points in preventing post-stroke constipation. Methods Ninety stroke patients were randomly allocated to an electroacupuncture prevention group （briefly electroacupuncture group）,a conventional acupuncture prevention group （briefly conventional acupuncture group） and a blank control group （briefly control group）,30 cases each. All the three groups were given basic treatment. Meanwhile,the conventional acupuncture group received acupuncture at points Tianshu （ST 25） and Guanyuan （CV 4） and the electroacupuncture group,electroacupuncture in addition to what done in the conventional acupuncture group. Treatment was given 30 min once daily. The control group was not given other interventions. The incidence of constipation was examined in the three groups of patients after one course of treatment （10 days）. The clinical preventing effects were evaluated in the three groups. Results The incidence of constipation was lower in the electroacupuncture group （16.7%） than in the conventional acupuncture group （46.7%）. It was lower in the conventional acupuncture group than in the control group （76.7%）. There was a statistically significant difference between the three groups （P0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at Front-Mu points can effectively prevent constipation in post-stroke patients. The effect of adding electroacupuncture is superior to that of simple acupuncture.
