河道淤泥生产烧结砖的基础研究 被引量:13

摘要 以宁波市甬江、奉化江、余姚江(三江)河道淤泥为原材料,进行制备烧结砖的基础研究。分析了10个不同采样点淤泥的矿物组成、粒径分布、重金属含量等基本的物化性能,结果表明,宁波市三江河道淤泥属黏土质粉状料,矿物成分虽然复杂,但并没有较大波动,初步认定可以作为替代生产黏土实心砖的原料。最后探讨了利用三江河道淤泥制备的烧结砖性能,进一步验证三江河道淤泥作为原材料制备烧结砖的可行性,且确定最佳烧结温度为800℃,强度等级达到MU20。 Using the river silt from Ningbo Yong River, Fenghua River and Yuyao River(Sanjiangkou/three rivers mouth) as raw material,the basic research on manufacturing sintered bricks was investigated. The basic physical and chemical properties,ineluding silt mineral compositions,particle size distribution, and heavy metals content of river silt from 10 different sampling points were analyzed. The results show that Ningbo Sanjiangkou silt is clayey powdery material. The mineral eompositions are admittedly complicated but no major fluctuations. It is initially determined that Ningbo Sanjiangkou silt can be used as substituted raw material for preparation of clay solid bricks. Finally,the natures of sintered bricks tnanufaetured from river silt were discussed. It further proves that Ningbo Sanjiangkou silt is a suitable raw material for manufacturing sintered bricks,the optimum sintering temperature is 800 ℃, and the strength grade achieves MU20.
