摘要
研究了复掺磷渣与粉煤灰的高贝利特水泥的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。结果表明,水泥经硫酸盐溶液侵蚀后,强度先提高,抗折强度的提高幅度较抗压强度的大。龄期延长时,强度增长率开始降低甚至出现强度倒缩现象。磷渣与粉煤灰的复合掺入提高了水泥的抗侵蚀性能,二者复掺比例的影响不显著。掺入磷渣与粉煤灰,同时降低水灰比,能够进一步提高水泥的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。
The paper has studied the corrosion resistance of high belite cement with phosphorus slag and fly ash. The research results showed that,corroded by sulfate solution, the strength of cement increased firstly,increasing extent of flexural strength was larger than that of compressive strength. The growth rate of strength began to decrease and became negative with age prolonged. Complex incorporation of phosphorus slag and fly ash has improved corrosion resistance performance of cement,but effect of both proportions was insignificant. Incorporating phosphorus slag and fly ash and decreasing water-cement ratio could further increase the sulfate corrosion resistance performance of cement.
