摘要
混凝土结构存在着大量的裂缝,这些裂缝成为侵蚀性离子如氯离子进入混凝土的便捷通道,而氯离子又是诱发混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的主要因素之一。采用硅烷防水剂对混凝土表面进行处理,在混凝土表层建立氯离子隔离层,有效抵抗氯离子的侵蚀,进而在一定程度上减缓钢筋锈蚀的速率。并研究了混凝土裂缝与表面防水处理的先后顺序对钢筋锈蚀的影响。
Large numbers of cracks consist in concrete structures,which make erosive ions like Cl- come into concrete easily. Chloride ion is one of the main factors which induce the steel corrosion in concrete. On concrete surface waterproofing treatment can make a seclusion layer which resist the erosive ions like Cl- effectively, further can reduce the rate of steel corrosion to a certain extent. The influence of sequencing of cracks and surface waterproof treatment on corrosion of steel in concrete is also studied in this paper.
