摘要
通过对凹凸棒土进行不同方法的处理及改性,制得性能稳定的凹凸棒土纤维隔热单元,将其添加到涂料中制成一种新型的水性隔热外墙涂料。测试结果表明,凹凸棒土用2 mol/L的盐酸处理后,再用硅烷偶联剂KH550处理凹凸棒土可以显著提高凹凸棒土隔热单元的隔热效果,当改性凹凸棒土在隔热涂料中的掺量为20%~30%,涂层厚度为3~4 mm时,隔热涂料的隔热效果良好。
Through different methods of treatment and modification to attapulgite, attapulgite fiber insulation units with stable performance were prepared. Attapulgite units were added to the coating and a new kind of water-based thermal insulation coating for external walls was produced. The test results show that attapulgite treated by 2 mol/L hydrochloric acid and KH550 silane coupling agent can greatly improve the thermal insulation effect of attapulgite units,and the thermal insulation coating with attapulgite content of 20%-30%,and thickness of 3-4mm has the best thermal insulation effect.
