液基薄层细胞学技术在宫颈癌筛查中的应用 被引量:3

Application of Thinprep Cytology Test on Early Screening of Cervical Epithelial Cell Abnormalities

摘要 目的探讨液基薄层细胞检测系统Thinprep Cytology Test(TCT)及The Bethesda System(TBS)细胞学分类法在妇女宫颈病变筛查中的应用价值。方法对5809例健康育龄妇女随机采用传统宫颈细胞涂片/巴氏分级法和液基薄层细胞涂片/TBS分级法检测,进行宫颈病变的早期筛查,并对细胞学阳性病例在阴道镜下行活检,比较与评价传统宫颈细胞学/巴氏分级与液基薄层细胞/TBS检测系统对子宫颈癌及癌前病变的筛查效果。结果传统宫颈细胞学检查对宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)阳性检出率明显低于液基薄层细胞/TBS检测结果 ,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论液基薄层细胞/TBS检测系统是早期筛查宫颈癌及癌前病变敏感而准确的方法 。 Objective To investigate the value of thinprep cytology test(TCT)and the Bethesda system (TBS) cytology subdivision in cervical carcinoma screening.Methods Totally 5,809 healthy women received an early cervical screening by Papanicolaou or TCT.Among them,those with positive disease received the colpomicroscopy examination.The cytological results were compared with pathologic examination.Results The sensitivity of Papanicolaou for cervical intraepithelial neoplasma (CIN) infection was lower than that in TCT,and there were statistically significant differences between the two methods (P〈0.05).Conclusions TCT is an effective way in early screening of cervical cancer and precancerous pathological changes.
