MK、VEGF-A在原发性输卵管腺癌中的表达及其意义

Expression and Clinical Value of MK and VEGF-A in Primary Fallopian Tube Carcinoma

目的研究MK、VEGF-A在原发性输卵管腺癌组织中的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法应用S-P法研究42例原发性输卵管腺癌标本中MK、VEGF-A的表达情况。采用SPSS13.0统计软件包进行统计学分析。结果 MK及VEGF-A在原发性输卵管腺癌中为高表达,与正常输卵管组织之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且与肿瘤临床分期及病理类型相关(P<0.05)。结论 MK、VEGF-A的表达上调可能对原发性输卵管腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用。

Objective To study the expression of MK and VEGF-A in primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube,and to explore their clinical significance.Methods The expression of MK and VEGF-A in 42 patients with primary fallopian tube carcinomia was determined by immunohistochemical SP method.The detection results were statistically analyzed by the software SPSS13.0.Results High expression of MK and VEGF-A was found in primary fallopian tube carcinoma,which was associated with the clinical stage and pathological type of tumor （P〈0.05）.There were statistically significant differences in expression of MK and VEGF-A between primary fallopian tube carcinoma and normal oviduct tissue （P〈0.01）.Conclusions High expression of MK and VEGF-A may increase the incidence of primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube and play an important role in the development of the disease.
