阴式子宫切除术和腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术比较

Comparison of Vaginal Hysterectomy and Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy

目的通过100例阴式子宫切除术(VH)、腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术(LAVH)的比较,对比其优缺点。方法选用我院2003年1月-2008年3月符合VH和LAVH手术指征的患者进行手术,其中VH50例,LAVH50例予以对比分析。结果 VH与LAVH结果相同,明显比开腹全子宫切除术为优。LAVH手术适应证明显超过VH。结论 LAVH和VH和传统全子宫切除术比较,可减少手术创伤,避免剖腹,有明显优越之处。

Objective To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of vaginal hysterectomy （VH） and laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy （LAVH） through 100 cases in Pingjiang County Hospital of Maternal and Child Health Care.Methods Totally 100 patients in accordance with VH and LAVH indications were selected to undergo VH （n=50） or LAVH （n=50） from January,2003 to March,2008,and the operation results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The results of VU and LAVH were similar,which were significantly superior to that of abdominal hysterectomy.The operative indications of LAVH were significantly more than those of VH.Conclusions As compared with the traditional methods,VH and LAVH have the distinct advantages.
