蜂胶对乙醇所致化学性肝损伤的保护作用研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究蜂胶对乙醇所致化学性肝损伤的保护作用。方法取雄性昆明种小鼠50只,随机分为5组:空白对照组、肝损伤模型对照组、蜂胶低、中、高剂量组,实验末用乙醇给小鼠经口一次灌胃,造成急性肝损伤模型。用试剂盒检测肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH),全自动生化分析仪测定肝组织中甘油三酯(TG)的含量,病理检测小鼠肝脏组织脂肪改变的程度。结果蜂胶高剂量组动物的肝脏TG明显低于模型对照组,肝脏GSH明显高于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。蜂胶高剂量组动物的肝脏脂肪改变程度明显低于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论蜂胶对乙醇所致化学性肝损伤具有保护功能。 Objective To study the protective effect of propolis on chemical-induced liver injured by ethanol.Methods Fifty male Kunming mice were divided into 5 groups randomly:blank control group,model control group with hepatic injury,low-,middle-and high-dose propolis groups.Ethanol was given to mice by oral gavage once in order to make the acute liver injury model at the end of experiment.The content of MDA and GSH in hepatic tissue was detected by kit.The content of TG in hepatic tissue was detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer and the pathological change of fat in hepatic tissue was determined.Results The content of TG in high-dose propolis group was significantly lower than that in model control group,while the content of GSH in high-dose propolis group was significantly higher than that of model control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).The pathological change of fat in hepatic tissue in high-dose propolis group was significantly less than that of model control group,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.01).Conclusions Propolis has the function of protecting the liver from chemical-induced injury caused by ethanol.
