湖南省乡镇医护人员成人教育现状调查

Current Situation of In-service Education of Doctors and Nurses in Township Hospitals of Hunan Province

目的了解乡镇医护人员成人教育的现状。方法采用分层、随机、整群抽样法,对湖南省12家乡镇卫生院245名医护人员进行问卷调查。结果湖南省乡镇医护人员初始学历以中专为主,现有学历以大专为主,在职教育的6个项目中,参加医院业务学习的比例最高,为90%,专业组织会员的人数最少,占11%,其余4项构成比从高至低依次为参加新理论、新技术培训(46.5%)、到上级医院进修(33.5%)、岗前培训(29.1%)、参加学术会议(20.8%)。结论湖南省乡镇医护人员的成人教育有待进一步加强,有关部门应对乡镇医护人员成人教育给予进一步的重视。

Objective To survey the current situation of adult education of doctors and nurses in township hospitals.Methods With stratified random and group sampling method,245 doctors and nurses in 12 township hospitals were investigated.Demographic data and situation of adult education had been surveyed with a questionnaire.Results Doctors and nurses in township hospitals mainly graduated from vocational secondary schools.Most of them were junior college degree holders.Among the six items of on-the-job education,the proportion of participating in hospital vocational training was the highest （90%）,the proportion of the member belonged to professional associations was the lowest （11%）,and the remainder terms in the sequence of descending were taking part in the training of new theories and new techniques （46.5%）,engaging in advanced studies in higher level of hospitals （33.5%）,on-the-job training （29.1%）,and participating in academic meetings （20.8%）.Conclusions The adult education of doctors and nurses in township hospitals of Hunan Province should be further improved,and the relevant departments should pay more attention to in-service education for medical professionals in township hospitals.
