细纱机V型牵伸装置后区压力棒牵伸工艺优化 被引量:4

摘要 探讨INA-V型牵伸装置后区加装压力棒的纺纱效果及其工艺的优化,分析了其牵伸机理,观测了后区压力棒牵伸须条的形态;测试、分析了细纱机不同后区牵伸倍数及粗纱捻系数对成纱质量的影响。结果表明,V型牵伸后区加装压力棒后,在粗纱捻系数较小时,成纱条干CV、每千米粗细节及棉结等随后区牵伸倍数增大而减小;当粗纱捻系数较大时,成纱条干CV等指标在后区牵伸倍数为1.3时较好;适当增加粗纱捻度有利于改善成纱质量。 Yarn quality and drafting optimization of pressure bar in back drafting zone of INA - V drafting system are discussed with the drafting mechanism analyzed and the sliver configuration caused by the pressure bar in the back drafting zone observed. The effect of draft multiple in back drafting zone on the formed yarn quality is tested and analyzed. The result reveals that the CV value, thinness, thickness and neps of the formed yam decreased as the back draft multiple increases when the twist factor of the roving yarn is small. When the twist factor of the roving yam is large, 1.3 back draft multiple makes the aboves better. In addition, the yarn quality can be improved as the roving yam twist increases.
