两型社会视角下工业企业社会责任的评价模型研究

Research on Evaluation Model of Industrial Enterprise's Social Responsibility as Viewed from Two-oriented Society

在两型社会视角下,对企业社会责任的范畴进行界定,建立了中国工业企业社会责任评价指标体系,并采用《中国统计年鉴》中31个地区2007年的原始数据,借助主成分分析方法和系统聚类分析方法研究中国工业企业社会责任现状。研究表明:中国各地区工业企业的社会责任履行状况一般;经济责任与生态责任存在负相关;道德责任对工业企业社会责任的影响力最大、经济责任的影响力最小;中国各地区工业企业的道德责任和法律责任的承担状况差异较大,生态责任和经济责任的差距相对而言较小。

As viewed from Two-oriented society, this paper defines area of enterprise＇ s social responsibility. On the basis of definition, an evaluation index system of industrial enterprise＇s social responsibility is established. Then this article uses primary data of 31 provinces in 2007, with the help of principal component analysis and systematic cluster analysis, to analyze the present situation of enterprise＇ s social responsibility in our country. Based on the findings of the analysis, conclusions can be drawn： Performance status of enterprise＇ s social responsibility in each province is on general level; A negative correlation is found between economic responsibility and ecological responsibility; The most effective factor to enterprisers social responsibility is moral responsibility, and the influence of economic responsibility is the weakest; In addition, the region＇s moral responsibility and legal liability is quite different in our country, but the gap between ecological responsibility and economic responsibility is relatively small.
