摘要
利用轻纺消费品的固有风险评价指数,结合产品发生不合格的概率和产品不合格产生后果的严重度,通过格雷厄姆-金尼法可计算得到此产品的风险指数,最终评判该产品的风险等级,并以此作为实施召回的依据。实例证明,该风险评估方法在轻纺消费品召回机制中的应用具有较好的可操作性和可行性。
In this paper are calculated the risk index through Graham - Kinney model on the base of inherent risk index, unqualified rate and severity caused by unqualified products. The calculated risk index can be used to determine the risk grade of the consumer products and to establish China＇s recall system. This risk assessment is of operativity and feasibility and can be applied in recall system of light and textile consumer products.
