整体式汽车斜坡起步辅助系统气动控制阀的设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对目前手动挡汽车斜坡起步时,需踩油门、松离合、松手刹等一系列复杂动作配合,操作不当易导致发动机容易熄火或车辆倒溜的问题,在分析汽车斜坡起步辅助系统(Hill-start Assist System,HSA系统)的工作原理和控制系统功能的基础上,设计由一个两位三通电磁阀、两个两位两通气控阀集合而成的整体式汽车斜坡起步辅助系统气动控制阀(HSA阀)作为HSA系统的气压制动执行元件。借助该阀,汽车在斜坡上停止时,松开刹车,汽车仍然保持刹车状态,不倒溜;启动时,依次松手刹、踩油门、松离合,无需复杂配合,就可简单起步。实验结果表明,该HSA阀能满足平地保压10min、30°斜坡保压8min的设计要求,实现手动挡汽车简单平稳起步的功能。 A series of concerted actions like pressing down the accelerator, releasing the clutch and releasing the brake should be executed exactly when the car starts on the slope, if not, the car will slide down or the motor will get a flameout. Based on analyzing the principium, function and composition of the hill-start assist system (HSA system), the HSA valve, which consisted of one two position three-way solenoid valve and two two position two-way valves, was designed as the pneumatic brake executive component of HSA system. When the car stops, HSA valve responds and keeps the break state to prevent the ear from moving; when the car starts, releasing the handbrake, pressing down the accelerator, releasing the clutch orderly, it starts easily and steadily without any complex concerted action. The experimental result shows that it achieves the request of keeping break state at least 10 minutes on the flat groud and at least 8 minutes on the 30°slope. It makes the automobile start easily and steadily.
