摘要
介绍DP160-4液压驱动隔膜泵的设计方案,用新型的液压缸驱动机构取代传统机械式隔膜泵的曲柄连杆机构。重点阐明隔膜泵动力端的工作原理,分析活塞的运动规律。活塞在运动过程中,可实现匀速往复直线运动,这将使得隔膜泵体积减小、成本降低,并且输出泥浆压力、流量比较平稳,并提高了容积效率。
Introduced program on design of DP160-4 hydraulic-driven diaphragm pump, diaphragm pump with traditional me- chanical designed of the crank-connecting rod mechanism was changed by a new type of hydraulic cylinder driven. It is focused on the principle of motive carry, and analysis on the movement of the piston. Pistons in the campaign process, the achievement of uniform linear motion back and forth, which will allow to reduce the size of diaphragm, cost reduction, and output the mud pressure, flow rate relatively stable and increase the volumetric efficiency.
