摘要
基于三维雷诺时均的Navier-Stokes方程和标准的κ-ε湍流模型,采用三维分块结构化网格及针对瞬态计算的PISO算法,利用FLUENT中提供的VOF多相流模型,在不同时间工况下对水压机的冲水排气过程进行数值模拟,根据计算结果分析水压机冲水排气过程中的气液分布规律。最后,通过储液灌内液位变化的计算值与试验值的比较验证计算结果的正确性。
Based on 3D Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and standard-κ-ε turbulence model, adopting structurized grid method and the PISO method, using VOF model which is supported by Fluent, numerical simulation of the process of flushing and deaeration of hydraulic press was made in different time. The distribution of gas-liquid was analyzed according to the result of numeri- cal simulation. The experimental result of the level value of reserve proves the validity of the numerical simulation.
