氧压对粉末预氧化法AgSnO_2电触头材料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对AgSn合金粉进行了不同氧压条件下(氧压<1.5MPa)的氧化试验,并对氧化后粉体的形貌、材料的拉拔加工性能、产品的物理性能及电性能进行了比较。结果表明,在不同的氧压条件下,AgSn合金粉的预氧化并非氧压越高第二相氧化物就分布越均匀、材料的加工性能就越好,而是存在一个较低范围的氧压,在该氧压下氧化才能保证材料既具有良好的物理性能,又具有良好的加工性能和优良的电性能。 In this paper, powder's feature, the ability of drawing and the physical properties are compared among the products, which is adopted different oxgen pressure for the AgSn alloy powder's oxdation process(under 1.SMPa oxygen pressure). The result shows that not the higher oxygen pressure for the AgSn alloy powder's oxdation, the more excellent material's performance is,such as the fabrication property, microstructure, material physical properties.but there is a lower oxygen pressure, by which the products not only have excellent properties and good fabrication property and excellent electrical performance.
