真丝纬编间隔面料生产工艺

Knitting technology of the pure silk weft knitted spaced fabric

采用真丝编织的针织面料滑爽、轻盈、富有弹性、吸湿透气性好、外观华丽,还具有抑菌、保健作用,但是成本高、容易起皱、无身骨,为解决此问题,在保证真丝产品原有风格的同时,采用4.4/4.8tex真丝、14.5tex精梳棉纱和16.7tex涤纶交织开发了一款真丝纬编间隔面料。介绍了其生产过程,其中包括:原料选择、编织工艺、染整工艺及面料参数。

The pure silk knitted fabric is smooth,light and elastic with good moisture- absorption,good air-permeability,bright appear- ance,anti-bacteria and health-care property.However,its producing cost is usually high,and it is easy to wrinkle and possesses bad crispness.This paper develops a new weft knitted spaced fabric by using 4.4/4.8 tex pure silk,14.5 tex combed cotton yarn and 16.7 tex polyester in order to solve these problems.This paper mainly introduces the raw material selection,knitting technology,dyeing and finishing technology and fabric parameters.
