水牛角马鞭草汤治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效观察

Observation of curative effects of buffalo horn and verbena officinalis Tang on treating idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

目的观察水牛角马鞭草汤治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的疗效。方法将55例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用水牛角马鞭草汤辨证加减治疗,对照组采用肾上腺皮质激素为主进行治疗,观察比较2组的治疗效果和复发率。结果治疗组显效率71.4%,对照组55.6%,2组比较有统计意义(P<0.05)。随访2年,治疗组复发率3.6%,对照组37.0%,2组比较有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论水牛角马鞭草汤治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜效果显著且复发率低。

Objective To observe the curative effects of buffalo born and verbena officinalis Tang on treating idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP）. Methods 55 ITP patients were randomly divided into treating group and control group, the patients of treating group were treated by using buffalo horn and verbena offieinalis Tang, and the patients of control group were mainly treated by using adrenal cortex hormones. And observed and compared the curative effect and recurrence rate of 2 groups. Results The marked effect rate of treating group was 71.4 % , the marked effect rate of control group was 55.6 % ,there was significant difference between 2 groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. All patients were observed by follow-up survey for 2 years, the recurrence rate of treating group was 3.6 % ,the recurrence rate of control group was 37.0 % , there was significant difference between 2 groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of buffalo hom and verbena officinalis Tang on treating ITP is obvious, and the recurrence rate is low.
