摘要
针对城市小区应急决策空间位置的复杂性,对基于地理本体的城市小区灾害应急预案进行研究。通过对地理空间拓扑关系具体分类,将其以公理形式添加到网络本体语言建模原语中,为分析灾害发生地的空间特征与发生地之间的空间关系提供推理能力。实例证明,该方法能有效提高决策的智能程度和效率。
Aiming at complexity of urban district decision-making space situation, this paper researches district disaster emergency plan based on geographic ontology. It provides reasoning ability for the analysis of spatial relationship between disaster location spatial features and disaster location by specifically classifying for geographical topological relationship, adding them into the Web Ontology Language(OWL) modeling primitives in the form of axiom. Example proves that this method can raise the level of intelligence and efficiency of decision making.
