摘要
提出了一种制备酰亚胺聚酯聚氨酯的新工艺。首先以乙醇胺与均苯四酸二酐为反应原料、二甲基甲酰胺为反应介质,中间体生成阶段采用冰水浴和逐步加料的方法,合成了一种酰亚胺二元醇单体;然后用该单体与己二酸、三羟甲基丙烷共缩聚反应制备酰亚胺聚酯多元醇,再与多异氰酸酯交联反应制备酰亚胺聚酯聚氨酯。结果表明,酰亚胺聚酯多元醇与未改性的聚酯多元醇相比有较高的粘流温度和特性黏数、相近的溶解性能,同时具有更高的热分解稳定性和耐溶剂性,期望在高耐热级绝缘材料领域获得更广泛的应用。
A novel technics of preparation of poly(urethane-ester-imide) (PUEI) was developed.First,N,N′-bis(β-hydroxyethyl)pyromallitimide (HEPMI) monomer was synthesized by reaction of ethanolamine and pyromellitic anhydride in dimethylformamide.In the period of intermediate amide-acid formation,the method of reactor dipped in ice-water and fed step-by-step were implemented.The poly(ester-imide)(PEI) polyol was synthesized by copolycondensation of HEPMI,apidic acid and glycerol,than the PUEI was obtained by crosslink reaction of PEI polyol and polyisocyanate.The results show that the PEI polyol are behaved higher viscous flow temperature and inherent viscosity,and that similar solubility in dimethylformamide,methyl pyrrolidone and m/p-cresol compared with polyester polyol.The PUEI are behaved better pyrolysis stability and solvent-resistant compared with poly(urethane-ester).
