摘要
废旧胶粉(WRP)的表面改性是胶粉成功应用于热塑性弹性体的关键因素。文中对废旧胶粉的改性方法作了简要介绍,重点综述了改性胶粉表面性能的表征。改性废旧胶粉的表面性质包含交联度、表面润湿性、表面化学结构及形貌等,可以通过溶胀度、接触角、红外光谱、能谱及扫描电子显微等方法来表征。展望了胶粉在热塑性弹性体中的应用前景。
Modification of waste rubber powder (WRP) is one of the key factors for the application of rubber powder to thermoplastic elastomer.Various kinds of modifications were introduced in the paper.Modification causes changes in surface properties of waste rubber powder,so characterization of waste rubber powder modified is important for the application of rubber powder.Surface properties of WRP were summed up,such as crosslinking degree,surface wettability,chemical structure and morphology.Effect of modification on surface properties was investigated by swelling rate,contact angle,Fourier transform infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscope respectively.Application to thermoplastic elastomer of modified-WRP was viewed.
