摘要
目的:观察细胞外基质(Extracellular matrix,ECM)受体-整合素α2、α3及α5在小鼠肾发育过程中的时空性表达,探讨其与肾发育的关系。方法:应用免疫组织技术结合体视学方法对不同胚龄及生后日龄小鼠肾组织中的整合素α2、α3及α5的表达进行系统观察和定量分析。结果:从胚龄12d整合素α2、α3及α5即开始表达;整合素α2在发育各期肾小体表达较弱,在肾小管和集合管表达较强;整合素α3在发育各期肾小体表达较强。体视学分析结果显示它们的含量均随肾的发育逐渐增加。结论:推测整合素α2、α3及α5在小鼠肾发育中起一定作用,α2主要与肾小管和集合管发育相关,α3与肾小体发育相关最密切。
Objective:To observe the chronological and spatial expressions of integrin α2,α3 and α5 which were the receptor of extracellular matrix(ECM) in the developing mouse kidney and investigate the correlation of integrin α2,α3 and α5 with kidney development.Methods:The expressions of integrin α2,α3 and α5 were examined by immunohistochemistry and stereological method.Results:The expressions of α2,α3 and α5 were observed from the kidney of E12d.The expression of integrin α2 was little in the glomeruli,but obviously in renal tubules and collecting ducts,while the expression of intergrin α3 was obviously in glomeruli.The expressions of integrin α2,α3 and α5 were increased gradually with kidney development by stereological analyses.Conclusion:It is suggested that integrin α2,α3 and α5 might play the important role in the kidney development of mouse.
