四肢开放性损伤伤口污染和感染的调查及护理干预研究

Investigation and research of nursing intervene in contamination or infection of limb with opening wound

目的:了解四肢开放性损伤伤口污染和感染的常见细菌种类,探讨在伤口处理及愈合环节中,进行护理干预对伤口感染的影响。方法:对160例四肢开放性损伤伤口于就诊时、初步处理后、清创后、术后感染伤口用棉拭子取样进行细菌培养,记录伤口处理及愈合环节中控制伤口污染和感染的护理措施。结果:就诊时、初步处理后、清创后及术后感染伤口的细菌检出率分别为73.1%(117/160)、61.2%(98/160)、14.4%(23/160)、5.0%(8/160),每个环节均无新增菌生长。结论:四肢开放性损伤伤口污染重、菌种分布广,在伤口处理及愈合环节中进行护理干预能有效降低术后伤口的感染率。

Objective：To find out the common species of germ in the opening wound in limb and explore the infuence of treatment and nursing intervene in the process of wound healing on infection for the opening wound.Methods：80 cases with opening wound in limb were enrolled.Taking sample with cotton swab and bacterial culture on wound were carried out in defferent time,such as suffering injuries,initial treatment,debridment and postoperative infection.Nursing measures were recorded on wound treatment and controling the contamination or infection in the process of wound healing.Results：The detective rate about germ was 73.1%（117/160）、61.2%（98/160）、14.4%（23/160）、5.0%（8/160）in suffering injuries,initial treatment,debridment and postoperative infection respectively and no new bacterial was grown in each process.Conclusion：Severe contamination and wide species of germ were found in the opening wound in limb.Nursing intervene in the process of wound healing and wound treatment can effectively reduce the infection rate of postoperative wound.
