兰州地区危重烧伤合并ARDS的临床治疗

Treatment of severe burns combined with ARDS in Lanzhou area

目的:总结兰州地区危重烧伤合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的临床治疗经验。方法:分析15例危重烧伤合并ARDS患者的临床资料,探讨治疗经验与存在的问题。结果:本组15例均行气管切开、呼吸机辅助呼吸,呼吸机平均上机时间(9.00±2.65)d。存活10例,死亡5例,病死率33.3%。结论:根据兰州地区的环境特点,早期诊断、早期气管切开、气道灌洗、呼吸机辅助呼吸以及应用强有力抗生素与激素治疗等措施是成功治疗危重烧伤合并ARDS的关键。

Objective：To sum up the experience of clinical treatment of severe burns combined with ARDS in Lanzhou area.Methods：The clinical data of 15 patients with severe burns combined with ARDS were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The incision of trachea and ventilatory support were performed in all patients,and the average ventilatory support time was 9.00±2.65 days.Of 15 patients,ten patients were survived and 5 died.The mortality rate was 33.3%.Conclusion：According to the environmental characteristics of Lanzhou area,early diagnosis,early incision of trachea,air passage lavation,ventilatory support and administration of strong antibacterials and hormone might be a key to successful treatment of the severely burned patients with ARDS.
