雾化吸入干扰素α-1b对呼吸道合胞病毒治疗的实验研究 被引量:28

摘要 目的:探讨雾化吸入干扰素α-1b治疗小鼠呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)肺炎的疗效。方法:BALB/c小鼠感染RSV后分4组:生理盐水组;干扰素组;利巴韦林组;干扰素+利巴韦林组。观察肺组织病理变化;支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)白细胞计数及分类。结果:①治疗组肺病理变化较对照组明显减轻;②治疗组BALF白细胞计数及淋巴细胞比例低于对照组(P<0.05),且干扰素组低于利巴韦林组(P<0.05)。结论:雾化吸入干扰素α-1b是治疗RSV感染的有效方法。 Objective:To discuss the effect of nebulization of IFNα-1b in the treatment of respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) pneumonia in mice.Methods:Forty BALB/c mice were infected with RSV and were divided into four groups:control group;IFNα-lb group;ribavirin group;IFNα-lb + ribavirin group.The pathological changes of the lung tissue and the white cell counts,categorizations of BALF were observed.Results:①The pathological changes of lung tissues in treatment groups were lighter than that of control group(P0.05).② The white cell counts and lymphocytes proportion of BALF in treatment groups were lower than that of control group(P0.05),and the levels of IFNα-lb group was lower than that of ribavirin group.Conclusion:Nebulization of IFNα-1b is an effective method for the treatment of RSV infection.
