摘要
目的评估健康教育在碘缺乏病(IDD)防治工作中的作用。方法 2009-04/10,对都匀市碘缺乏病防治健康教育项目乡镇中心完小部分小学生和家庭主妇进行IDD知识和行为健康教育干预,干预前后进行问卷调查,并对健教效果进行评估。结果健康教育干预前后分别调查小学生180人、家庭主妇90人,学生IDD知识知晓率由58.15%上升到91.11%,健康相关行为正确率由12.2%上升到82.2%;家庭主妇知晓率由57.78%上升到94.81%,健康相关行为正确率由77.8%上升到100%。结论在小学生和家庭主妇中开展IDD健康教育干预效果明显,干预后IDD相关知识明显提高。
Objective To evaluate the effect of health education on iodine deficiency disorder (IDD) intervention.Methods The health education on IDD related knowledge and health behavior among some primary school students and housekeeping matrons in the project township in Duyun was conducted from April to October 2009,the questionnaire surveys were carried out among them before and after the intervention to evaluate the effects.Results Totally 180 primary school students and 90 housekeeping matrons were interviewed,the awareness rate of IDD related knowledge increased from 58.15% to 91.11% and the percentage of those with healthy behaviors increased from 12.2% to 82.2% among the students;and the rate (percentage) among the housekeeping matrons increased from 57.78%to 94.81%,from 77.8% to 100% respectively.Conclusion The effect of health education on IDD intervention was obvious among the students and housekeeping matrons in Duyun.
