2004-2008年高县乙类传染病疫情分析

Epidemic Analysis of Class B Communicable Disease in Gaoxian County,2004-2008

目的分析2004-2008年高县乙类传染病疫情的流行状况。方法利用中国疾病预防控制中心开发的疾病监测信息报告管理系统中的数据资料,采用描述性流行病学方法对高县2004-2008年法定传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果 2004-2008年高县共报告乙类法定乙类传染病15种4757例,死亡11例。发病率172.13/10万～200.58/10万,年均发病率为185.42/10万,2005年发病率最高为200.58/10万。死亡率为0.43/10万,2006年死亡率最高0.79/10万。结论 2004-2008年高县乙类传染病呈逐年下降态势,死亡率无明显波动。

Objective To analyze the epidemic level of class B communicable disease after the implementation of network direct reporting of communicable disease in 2004.Methods The descriptive epidemiology analysis was conducted on the data of notifiable communicable disease in Gaoxian from 2004 to 2008 obtained from national disease reporting information system.Results From 2004 to 2008,a total of 4757 cases from 15 class B communicable diseases,including 11 deaths,were reported in Gaoxian with average annual incidence rate of 185.42/105,death rate of 0.43/105 and case fatality rate of 0.23/105.The incidence rate in 2005 was highest （200.58/105） and the death rate in 2006 was highest （0.79/105）.Conclusion The incidence of class B communicable disease in Gaoxian showed decrease trend from 2004 to 2008,and the death rate showed no obvious rise and fall.
