摘要
摩擦焊以优质、高效、低耗、环保的优势成为目前石油钻杆制造的关键技术之一,但石油钻杆摩擦焊接头存在强韧性能较低的问题,目前最常用的解决方法是通过局部感应退火+调质处理的焊后热处理消除焊接残余应力,提高接头的强韧性指标。综述了摩擦焊在国内外石油钻杆制造中的应用现状,指出石油钻杆摩擦焊存在的问题,并分析焊后热处理对于解决石油钻杆摩擦焊接头强韧性低的问题的作用和现状。
Friction welding process is one of key technologies to manufacture the oil drill pipe because of its excellent quality ,high efficiency, low consumption and good environment friend property, but the strength and toughness of welded joint is relative lower, which is the main problem in friction welding of oil drill pipe.At present, the combined heat treatment after welding of induction annealing and quenching and tempering were used to remove the welding residual stress and improve the strength and toughness properties.The applications of continuous-drive friction welding in manufacturing of oil drill pipe were reviewed,the problems in friction welding for oil drill pipe were proposed and their measures were summarized.
