摘要 西气东输二线管道工程总长9102km,干线全长4843km,采用φ1219mm管径、API5LX80级高强度钢管,工程首次引进CRC-EVANS国际管道公司生产的自动焊设备(IWM、P260、P600)进行管线焊接施工。与其他焊接技术相比,CRC自动焊技术主要特点在于焊接速度快、生产效率高、焊缝机械性能好、劳动强度低。介绍了CRC自动焊设备和工艺,通过对CRC管道全位置自动焊技术应用的长期跟踪和QC小组活动的开展,阐述了CRC自动焊常见焊接缺陷,详细分析了缺陷形成原因并提出了应对措施,从而提高了焊接质量和生产效率。 The Second West-East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project of China is scheduled to build 9102 km.The length of the main line is 4 843 km ,which is constructed with API 5L X80 grade line pipe material.This pipe has an outer diameter of 1219 mm (48 in.). For this project, CPP first introduced CRC automatic welding machine,includes IWM P260 and P600.Compared to other welding techniques,the main characteristics of CRC automatic welding technology is high welding speed,high production effficiency,good mechanical character,low labor intensity.This paper introduces the CRC automatic welding equipments and procedure,By long-term tracking the application of CRC auto-welding technique and QC group activities,describes the usual defects in CRC automatic welding,carry out the analysis of the defects detailedly and put forward the preventing measurement,improved the welding quality and production efficiency.
