摘要
针对单端正激逆变器焊接电源存在的不足,在单端正激逆变器的前端用推挽push-pull正激电路控制直流电源的质量,以达到减小直流电压的纹波和逆变器所需要的直流电压的目的;同时,开关管用软开关控制的方法以及根据负载的需要输出不同频率的脉冲焊接交流电压。通过pspice仿真软件对单端正激逆变器进行仿真分析可知,输出频率在50kHz时,减小了滤波电路的体积,其输出的交流方波电压也能达到焊接要求。最后用DSP2812对以上的拓扑结构进行控制,试验结果表明,该控制方法能使整个控制系统能稳定可靠的运行,提高了效率和焊接质量,达到了焊接工艺的要求。
According to the single-ended forward inverter shortage.This paper proposed a new control scheme for single-ended forward inverter,which is control DC voltage quality by using push-pull circuit before it.So it decreases the output wave of DC voltage.Using soft-switch control and output all kinds of frequency of loads voltage.It can decrease the output device by using the pspice simulation soft ware in output frequency 50 kHz,experiment shows by using DSP 2812 that the contro/approach can carry our purpose expected, and the control welding system runs stably and reliably.
