摘要
结合轨道车辆通长滚压梁连续规则的点焊作业特点,在车下狭窄的作业空间内,将通用的手工一体化焊钳集成于自主开发的移动小车上形成自动化点焊专机,通过控制小车的行进距离、升降高度和焊接时间等参数,实现点焊位置和过程的自动控制,实现通长滚压梁的连续点焊。经过焊接工艺试验、现场工作试件以及现车生产等严格的工艺验证,集成后的自动点焊装备焊接质量稳定,设备性能可靠,提高了焊接生产效率,节约了投资成本,提升了轨道车辆不锈钢车体的制造水平。
Combining with the characters of welding production process of long workpiece on the railway vehicles and considering of the limited interspace of the car body below, the universal manual integrative welding gun was integrated on the welding dolly by independent innovation.Spot welding position and process are automatically controlled by controlling welding parameters including moving distance,lifting height, welding time ete.The welding quality of integrated automatic spot welding machine is stable and the performance is reliable.It greatly improves welding efficiency and the manufacture level of stainless railway vehicles, and the cost is reduced.
