摘要
东二环钢箱梁工程是陕西建设机械股份有限公司所承揽的最大吨位的工程,为了提高焊接质量,保证工程质量和进度,首次在气体保护焊中采用了成本较高但综合性能好的药芯焊丝代替原来的实心焊丝。工程前期按照标准GB/T10045,对该焊丝进行了工艺性试验,并结合钢箱梁的结构型式,按照标准TB10212-98的附录C,对采用该焊丝的混合气体保护焊焊接方法及其与埋弧焊组合焊接的多种接头型式进行了工艺评定,试验和评定结果符合相关标准要求。通过以上工艺研究证明,所采用的药芯焊丝使用性能良好,机械性能符合标准要求,焊接方法和工艺参数合理,可以应用于生产实践。
The second east ring road box steel girder project,at that lime,was the maximum tonnage project which the company contracts,and was amunicipal engineering.To improve the welding quality,and guarantee project quality and the progress,the company decided that uses the cost in the gas shielded welding to be high for the first time,but the overall performance good flux-cored wire replaces the original solid welding wire.The project earlier period according to standard GB/T 10045 has carried on the technological experiment to this welding wire.Considered the box steel girder's structure pattern,according to standard TB10212-98 appendix C,to use this welding wire the mix shielded welding method and has carried on the craft evaluation with the submerged-are welding combination welding with many kinds of connect pattero.The experiment and the evaluation results meet the related standard requirements.Through the technical study above,proved uses the flux-cored wire operational performance is good,the mechanical property meet standard requests,evaluates the welding method and the technological parameter are reasonable, can be applied to the production practice.
