摘要
建立准确有效的混凝土耐久性使用寿命预计方法是研究钢筋混凝土结构耐久性的最终目标。本文较为系统地总结和评述了近些年来基于钢筋锈蚀的混凝土耐久性使用寿命预计的研究进展,包括碳化及氯盐侵蚀下钢筋脱钝使用寿命Ti、混凝土锈胀开裂使用寿命Tc、基于锈胀裂缝宽度或钢筋锈蚀量达到限值的使用寿命Tf;并提出了其中需要进一步研究的问题,包括:给定环境和使用要求下混凝土结构耐久性失效极限状态的确定、工程应用性较强的混凝土耐久性退化规律模型的建立,以及人工气候与自然环境条件下混凝土耐久性能退化规律的相关性研究等。
The accurate and effective prediction of durability service life is the ultimate goal in the study of durability for reinforced concrete structures.In this paper,the progress of durability service life of reinforced concrete based on the steel bar corrosion in recent years is summarized and reviewed systematically,including the steel-bar depassivation service life T i in chloride contained or carbonated concrete,the corrosion-induced crack service life T c,the service life T f based on the corrosive crack width or steel bar corrosion quantity limits.And several basic problems in this domain are proposed for further study,including the definition of durability limit state for concrete structures under given environmental condition and usage requirement,the establishment of concrete durability degradation law model with strong application,and the relevance of durability degradation law under artificial climate and natural environment.
