摘要
利用MTS试验装置,进行了纳米橡胶环氧树脂复合材料的准静态下的压缩和拉伸力学实验,得到了其相关的力学性能,如弹性模量以及断裂能等。拉伸实验表明,纳米橡胶能很好地增韧环氧树脂,同时,结合实验现象进一步探讨了其增韧的机理。压缩实验结果表明,纳米颗粒填充后基体弹性模量有所降低,这是由于橡胶为软性颗粒的缘故。为此,通过细观力学模型得到了微米级橡胶颗粒填充环氧树脂后的弹性模量,和实验结果相比较,说明了纳米颗粒较之有更好的增韧效果。
Based on MTS,this paper has carried on some quasi static experiments of epoxy resin filled by nano-rubber particles,and have gained their mechanics,such as the elastic modulus and the breaking energy.The tensile experiments reveal that nano-rubber tough epoxy resin very well,in the meanwhile,the toughen mechanism is discussed further combining the experiment phenomena.The pressure experiments reveal that the elastic modulus of the matrices filled by nano-rubber decline because of soft rubber particles.So based on the model of micromechanics,this paper gain the elastic modulus of epoxy resin filled by big rubber particles,which reveal that the reinforced effects of nano-rubber particles is better,comparing of the result of experiments.
