全自动灯头质量机器视觉检测系统

摘要 为了克服灯头产品质量人工检验效率低、精度差等缺陷,将机器视觉检测技术引入灯头产品质量检验,实现了基于机器视觉技术的灯头产品质量全自动在线检测。检测系统由电机及传动模块、振动送料器、分拣执行机构、PC机、摄像头、光源、图像采集卡以及图像处理软件构成,针对灯头产品中存在的六种主要质量缺陷,根据其不同的图像特征设计了可靠有效的算法进行判别。实际应用表明,系统简单实用,能准确高效地识别出目前灯头产品中存在的六种主要质量缺陷,并能实时对缺陷产品进行分类剔除。 A computer vision based automatic lamp cap quality inspection system is developed to overcome the drawbacks of manual inspection method in inspection inefficiency and inspection accuracy. The main components of the developed inspection system include motor, gearing system, vibration feeder, imperfect ar- ticle rejecting mechanism, computer, camera, light source, image capturing board and image processing soft- ware. According to 6 quality flaws of the lamp cap which are produced in the process of their manufacturing, reliable and efficient image processing algorithms are employed to distinguish imperfect caps from good ones. Practical application shows that the system developed in this paper can efficiently and accurately recognize and reject the imperfect lamp caps with quality flaws.
