摘要
从分析慢走丝线切割加工工艺中主要电参数的作用特点出发,阐明放电电流峰值、脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔、开路电压等主要电参数对加工质量的影响。结合正交试验结果,讨论了电加工参数的选取,针对试验中的开裂问题分析了原因,提出了一系列的改进措施。
From the character of main electronic parameters in NC low-speed WEDM,the effect of main electronic parameters:discharge current peak,pulsewidth,pulse spacing and open-circuitvoltage on machining quality was analyzed.Combination of orthogonal test results,to discuss the selection of the electrical process parameters.The cracking problem for the test analysis of the reasons put forward a series of improvement measures.
