摘要
目的研究苍耳(Xanthium sibiricum Patr.ex Widd.)带总苞果实的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱法等手段进行成分分离,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱学分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从苍耳子的乙醇提取物中分离得到7个已知化合物,分别鉴定为胡萝卜苷(1)、反丁烯二酸乙酯(2)、绿原酸甲酯(3)、苍耳子噻嗪双酮苷(4)、3′,4′-去二磺酸基苍术苷(5)、羧基苍术苷(6)、4′-甲氧基异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)。结论化合物2、5、6、7均为首次从苍耳子中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the fruits of Xanthium sibiricum Patr.ex Widd.Methods The compounds were isolated by the silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC.Their structures were identified by the physico-chemical properties and the spectral analysis.Results Seven compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the fruits of Xanthium sibiricum.They were identified as daucosterol(1),fumaric acid ethyl ester(2),methylchlorogenate(3),xanthiside(4),3′,4′-dedisulphatedatractyloside(5),carboxyatractyloside(6),and 4′-methyoxylisoflavone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7).Conclusion Compounds 2,5,6,and 7 were first isolated from this plant.
