实时三维超声心动图评价冠心病左室重构患者左室收缩功能的研究 被引量:7

Evaluation of left ventricular systolic function in patients with left ventricular remodeling of coronary heart disease by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography

摘要 目的:探讨实时三维超声心动图(Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography,RT-3DE)评价冠心病左室重构患者左室整体收缩功能的准确性。方法:收集60例经临床确诊的冠心病患者(左室未发生重构组患者30例,左室重构组患者30例)均采用M型超声、二维超声心动图双平面Simpson’s法及RT-3DE测量左室收缩末容积(LVESV)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)及左室射血分数(LVEF),以门电路心血池显像(Gated blood pool imaging,GBPI)为参考标准。结果:左室未重构组RT-3DE、二维超声心动图的双平面Simpson’s法及M型超声测量LVEF值与GBPI结果呈较高的正相关性(r>0.7,P<0.001)。左室重构组二维超声心动图的双平面Simpson’s法及M型超声测量LVEF值与GBPI的结果呈中度正相关(0.4<r<0.7,P<0.005),RT-3DE测量LVEF值与GBPI的结果呈较高的正相关性(r>0.7,P<0.001)。结论:RT-3DE比二维超声心动图双平面Simpson’s法及M型超声能更准确评价冠心病左室重构组患者左心室容积及左室整体收缩功能。
