摘要
文章设计了一种基于PCI总线的机床主轴控制系统,解决了以往机床主轴利用率较低和实时控制较差的问题。实践表明,此系统可以有效地提高机床的切削效率和加工精度,并同时提高了机床的自动化水平,大大降低了机床操作人员的劳动强度。
A kind of control systerm was designed for Machine Tool Spindle which based on the PCI bus,In order to improving the previous issue of Machine Tool Spindle that not good use of.Practice has shown that,This system can effectively improve the efficiency of Machine Tools,cutting and processing accuracy,And improve the automation level of the machine,Greatly reduces the labor intensity of machine operators.
