摘要
文章在齿轮特征分析基础上建立渐开线齿廓的数学方程式及模型,提出了编写Pro/Programme程序实现通过人机交互式输入不同的设置参数来快速驱动建立不同齿数、模数的齿轮造型的方法,并通过Pro/FamilyTable族表实现系列化齿轮的批量快速建模,很大程度上提高了齿轮的设计开发效率,缩短设计周期。
In this paper,based on the characteristics of gear involute tooth profile mathematical equations and models proposed for the preparation of Pro/Programme processes to achieve through the man-machine interactive input to set a different drive parameters to quickly create a different number of teeth,module of gear-shaped method,and through Pro/FamilyTable feature that allows for rapid modeling of bulk serialized gear,largely to improve the efficiency of the gear design and development,shorten the design cycle.
