摘要 刀具调度问题是机械加工过程中一个复杂的系统问题。基于此运用蚁群算法的基本原理,结合蚁群算法的响应阈值模型和合同网协议的理论来优化刀具调度"曲径",详细的阐述了蚁群算法多信息素原理在合同网协议的工作过程,并结合实际应用增加管理Agent重要决策因素——任务完成预测代价,建立了蚁群算法在多Agent合同网协议的刀具调度的基本模型;运用算法模型对多Agent刀具调度的过程进行全面有效的分析计算和各指标值的优化,实现调度结果的逐步优化,得出最理想调度策略。最后通过实例分析各指标参数优化,计算验证了蚁群算法的多Agent合同网协议的刀具调度的简便性、可行性、科学性。 Tool scheduling is one of the complex global problems in the machining process.Based on this,used the basic principles of ant colony algorithm and combined the response threshold of ant colony algorithm model and the theory of contract net protocol to optimize the scheduling tool,Detailed describing multi-pheromone principle of the ant colony algorithm in the working process of the contract net protocol and combined with practical application to increase the significant decision-making factor of management Agent-the price prediction task,established the basic model of based on ant colony algorithm tool scheduling of multi-agent contract net protocol;Used the algorithm model to conduct a comprehensive and effective analysis of multi-Agent scheduling tools and optimize the value of each index so as to achieve the gradual optimization of scheduling and obtaine optimal scheduling policy.Finally,the analysis of the parameter optimization example and the calculation to verify Ant Colony Algorithm c ant colony algorithm tool scheduling of multi-agent contract net protocol simplicity,feasibility,scientific.
