论教学型高校推行科研与教学互动机制

Interactive mechanism of combining research and teaching in teaching-oriented universities and colleges

当前,由于大学生就业困难,社会上流露出"后悔上大学"等反思大学教育的思潮,对此,基于教学型高校的特点,讨论了科研的"鲶鱼"效应和"种子"作用,并以中原工学院为例,分析了科研对促进教学型高校学科建设、师资水平提升及学校竞争力增强等方面的重要作用。

Presently,it is difficult for undergraduate students to find jobs when they graduate.Some students are sort of regretting to receive college education.Therefore,feelings of reflection on university education were emerged.Based on the current situation and characteristics of teaching-oriented colleges,we discussed on the catfish effect and seed effect of research,and analyzed the important role of research in promoting subject construction,improving teachers＇ quality and enhancing the university competitiveness based on a case study on Zhongyuan University of Technology.
