土荆芥挥发油成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的明确土荆芥挥发油的主要化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取土荆芥挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用分析其化学成分。结果从土荆芥挥发油中分离鉴定得到13种化学成分,相对含量较高的成分主要有α-松油烯(15.74%)、对-聚伞花素(54.26%)、驱蛔素(16.92%)等,属对-薄荷烷型单萜类化合物。结论土荆芥挥发油中最主要要成分为对-聚伞花素。 OBJECTIVE To determine the main chemical components of essential oil(EO) of Chenopodium ambrosioides Linn.METHODS The essential oil(EO) was extracted by steam distillation method and the chemical components were analyzed by GC-MS.RESULTS 13 compounds s were identified in MS,Boiling point and Retention Index and the relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization.The main components were α-terpinene(15.74%),p-cymene(54.26%) and ascaridole(16.92%),belong to p-menthane type monoterpenoids.CONCLUSION The chief component of the essential oil of is p-cymene.
