摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定烟酸片的含量。方法色谱柱：天津兰博C18,流动相：甲醇-0.004mol·L^-1庚烷磺酸钠溶液-乙酸（10∶90∶0.2）,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长：263nm。结果线性范围0.137-0.914μg,r=1.0000（n=5）,平均回收率为97.42%（n=6）,RSD为0.77%。结论本法操作简便、方法准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To determinate the Nicotinic acid in Yansuan Tablets by HPLC.METHODS The LabAlliance C18 column with methanol-0.004 mol·L^-1 heptane mahogany acid sodium-Acetic acid（10∶90∶0.2） as the mobile phase.The detection flow was 1.0mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was at 263nm.RESULTS The standard curves was linear relationship at the rang of 0.137～0.914μg,r=1.0000.The average recovery was 97.42%（n=6）with RSD of 0.77%.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of this tablets.
