高校设备的全生命周期管理模式初探

Discussion on the Overall Lifecycle Management Patterns of Instruments in Colleges and Universities

分析了当前高校设备管理模式中存在的问题,阐述了设备全生命周期管理模式的优越性,指出高校实行设备全生命周期管理是解决现存问题,进一步提升设备管理水平和管理绩效的一种有效途径。提出在新管理模式的建设过程中,应着重考虑管理的一体化建设和管理数据的标准化建设,有效解决新设备管理系统与财务管理系统之间的协同运作问题,同时应加强学校相关管理制度的完善和创新。

This paper analyzed the problems of present instrument management pattern in colleges and universities, and discussed the necessity and superiority to practice the overall life-cycle management pattern. It is a kind of effective way to solve existing problems and upgrade the level of instrument management. During the process of new management pat- tern, we should consider seriously the integrating construction of management and the standardized construction of data, and provide an effective solution to co-ordinate the operation between new instrument management system and financial management system. At the same time, the improvement and innovation of management rules and regulations should be enhanced.
