密封件三维非线性旋压加工数值模拟

摘要 根据实际工件的尺寸及成形情况建立了不锈钢密封件旋压时的数学模型,应用ANSYS软件对密封件旋压成形过程进行了模拟分析,分析了其变形机理以及成形过程中出现的缺陷和原因,指出等效应力和应变随壁厚的增加而增大,最大值最先出现在圆弧段内侧,容易产生裂纹等缺陷。 According to the dimension and deformation of realistic workpiece, the math model of spinning sealing workpiece was set up, and ANSYS software was applied for 3D numerical simulation of forming process of sealing workpiece. The deformation mechanism was analyzed, and the defects and reasons of sealing workpiece in the numerical simulation deforming were analyzed. It shows that effective stress and strain is bigger with the increase of thickness, the maximum first appears in the circular section, and crack defects comes easily.
