柴胡舒肝散治疗慢性胰腺炎患者胰腺外分泌功能不全的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察中药柴胡舒肝散对慢性胰腺炎患者胰腺外分泌功能不全的治疗作用。方法:选取80例慢性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组口服马来酸曲美布汀胶囊100mg,每日3次,米曲菌胰酶片340mg,每日3次。治疗组应用柴胡舒肝散每日1剂水煎,连续4周,观察治疗前后两组患者腹痛、饱胀、恶心、胃肠胀气及脂肪泻等症状的变化,并作疗效评价分析。治疗前后以ELISA法测定血清胆囊收缩素(CCK)水平。结果:治疗4周后,两组患者的临床症状均有所改善,而治疗组效果更为明显,尤其是对于中度、重度患者症状改善更为显著,治疗组各种症状的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者血清CCK水平明显低于照组。结论:中药柴胡舒肝散可能通过降低血浆CCK的水平改善慢性胰腺炎患者胰腺外分泌功能。 Objective: To observe the effect of chaihushugan pulvis to dysfunction of pancreatic exoerine secretory in patients with chronic pancreatitis. Methods: 80 patients with chronic pancreatitis were divided into control and treatment groups randomly. Patients in control group were given Domperidone 100 mg and Oryz-aspergillus enzyme and panereatin tablet 340 mg 3 times daily by oral, whom in treatment group were given Chaihushugan pulvis by oral. The changes of the symptoms including bellyache, abdominal fullness, nausea, flatulence and steatorrhea were recorded and evaluations of the therapeutic efficiency were done. The levels of serum cholecystokinin (CCK) before and after treatment in all patients were determinated. Results :The symptoms in both groups were improved and it was more obvious in patients of treatment group especially in the moderate and severe patients. The effective rate of treatment was higher and the levels of serum CCK were lower in treatment group than in the Chaihushugan pulvis can improve pancreatic exocrine secretory function in the patients with chronic pancreatitis through decreasing the level of serum CCK.
