P16和CDK4在乳房外Paget病中的表达及相关性分析

The expression and correlation analysis of P16 and CDK4 in extramammary Paget’s disease

目的:探讨P16和CDK4在乳房外Paget病中的表达特点及二者的关系。方法:应用免疫组化二步法检测34例乳房外Paget病及20例正常对照皮肤组织中P16和CDK4的表达情况。结果:(1)乳房外Paget病组织中P16阳性表达率为29.4%,P16在正常皮肤组织中未见表达(P<0.05)。(2)CDK4在乳房外Paget病组织中阳性表达率为67.6%,显著高于正常皮肤组织中CDK4的表达(P<0.05)。(3)CDK4的表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:P16和CDK4在乳房外Paget病中表达增加,提示二者可能共同参与乳房外Paget病的发病过程,并且CDK4与乳房外Paget病的淋巴结转移有关。

Objective： To study the expression of P16 and CDK4 and their correlation in extramammary Paget＇s disease（EMPD）. Methods： Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of P16 and CDK4 in 34 patients with EMPD and in 20 patients with normal control skin. Results： （1）The expression of P16 and CDK4 was apparently higher in EMPD than that in normal skin tissues （P〈0.05）. （2） The positive rate of CDK4 was associated with lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： P16 and CDK4 may contribute to the pathogenesis of EMPD,and CDK4 is correlated with lymph node metastasis.
